About Me

I received my undergrad from Michigan State in Supply Chain Management (SCM), and a minor in Linguistics. After planning/routing trucks for a year I pursued my PhD in SCM at Iowa State, before leaving ABD.

My job title now is the ever-descriptive “Statistician”; I collect, clean, analyze, and report data for a living—something a younger Ben would have hated is now a career (and a hobby) that I love.

In my free time, I also run a soccer website and twitter. I’m trying to get started in the wide world of tactics analysis, scouting, and soccer data analysis after years of building my skills.

So far, I have passed the PFSA Level 1 Opposition Analysis and Technical Scouting courses and am looking to continue my studies with them while building a porfolio of actual scouting/analysis work.
