If you work at a club and have a desire to increase your data capabilities, either for a quick report or a longer-term project, don’t hesitate to reach out. I would love to help you use data better and succeed.
I have provided various data services to clubs in the past, such as pre- and post-match analysis, opposition data analysis, player development, and model development.
I’m also able to offer a wide range of data or data & video recruitment services, including general player analysis, shortlist creation and exploratory player analysis, player comparisons, and deeper dives into any areas from a region to an individual team.
My top skill is my methods. I have developed a wide variety of ways to analyze football data, both team/league-based and individual-based, and always ensure that my analyses are conducted with context and presented with context. Data is a tool, and adding in the proper football knowledge and context allows that tool to be effective and efficient.
Below is a map of the depth of data coverage I currently have access to (click it for an interactive version). If you have a need for any analyses of the game within these countries, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Several example services are listed below, but please contact me for anything outside of these and I will work with you to help you succeed.
- Single player report (public example: Suphanat Mueanta) – Reports can vary in size, from a radar with explanation to a deeper dive like this article. Either a prospective transfer or a player already at the club
- Shortlist creation/exploratory player analysis (public example: 22/23 Italian Serie C, U24) – I will work with you on metrics, roles, etc
- Post-match report for a game (public example: Riga Derby) – This is a relatively basic and public-aimed thread. I can work with you on what to include and have capability to analyze almost any aspect of a game
- Pre-match analysis for a game (public example: AFC Cup final 2022) – Again, this is aimed at the public and I will work with you on how much, and how deep, you want to analyze
- Single-team report
- League-wide report
- Comparisons of players/teams/leagues (public example: Python package) – Often done alongside any recruitment-focused work
- Metric and model development (public examples: Passing Danger Index, Added Receiving Rates, Defensive Metric Enhancement)
- And much more… Get in touch, I’d love to see how I can help!
