A versatile football data professional with experience using data to impact clubs on daily, weekly, seasonal, and strategic timescales.
I’ve worked with clubs in every function and cadence:
- Full-time as the Head of Data & Data Scientist for Kolding IF in Denmark, setting up and then running all of the club’s sporting data.
- Season-long contract roles as a data analyst with clubs in the US and New Zealand.
- Short-term freelance work in both match analysis and recruitment with clubs in countries including England, Denmark, and India.
My work is best as the link between data and the pitch. Whether it’s finding players to scout, analyzing an upcoming opponent, modeling a team’s game model KPIs, creating complex models, or undertaking general research projects, I ensure everything us actionable, explained well, and visualized simply.
I’ve partnered with Impect in order to use industry-leading data for my work. In addition, I have the ability to get Opta event data the moment your game ends as well as a comprehensive historical Wyscout database. All of this, as well as expert-level experience with all 3 sources, will allow us to make an immediate impact.
Beyond my own databases and models, I have experience with most other data providers and third-party applications. If you currently subscribe to or have access to other providers, I can work within your infrastructure… or help you set it up.
